Fish & Potato Bake recipe by Theretrokitchen

Ingredients

• 1 box hake / kingklip
• 1 teaspoon spice for fish
• 1 teaspoon ground garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 ½ teaspoon chili powder
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• Add spices to fish and marinate. Put into a pot with some butter and cook. Don’t dry out completely. When cooked add fish into a casserole dish and pour the sauce over.

• 1 green pepper

• 3 potatoes
• ½ teaspoon aradh
• 1 ½ teaspoon crushes chilies
• 2 tablespoon flour
