Spaghetti Moilee recipe by Saransh Goila on Times Food

Ingredients

• 2 pieces onion sliced
• 4 Numbers green chilli de seeded
• 2 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 cup Coconut milk
• 100 mililitre Veg stock
• 1/2 cup broccoli blanched
• 1/2 cup red peppers blanched
• 1 medium tomato cubed
• 50 grams parmesan cheese
• 10 cloves garlic chopped
• 1 inch ginger chopped
• 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 10 leaves curry leaves
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 225 grams pasta spaghetti
