• 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter thinly sliced
• 1 cup Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter melted, cooled
• 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
• 1 large Land O Lakes® Egg (yolk only)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 cups (360 grams) all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
