• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 yellow onion finely chopped
• 4 medium garlic cloves finely chopped
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese or American Grana
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 14-ounce cans artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• ½ cup shredded Gruyère cheese
• ½ cup shredded Fontina cheese, Monterey Jack or Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
