• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
• 2 3/4 cup shredded carrots
• 1 (8 oz) can crushed pinapple, well drained
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
