- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 loosely packed cilantro leaves
- 1/4 to 1 fresh jalapeño, stems and seeds removed if you want it less spicy
- 2 ounces mezcal (it is also delicious with tequila or vodka)
- 2 ounces verdita base
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
