• 2 # 10 cans Tomatoes, chopped, canned
• 12 oz. Tomato Paste
• 1 # 10 can Kidney Beans, canned, drained and rinsed
• 2 lbs. Potatoes, diced
• 1 cup Basil
• 1/2 cup Oregano
• 1 lb. Elbow Macaroni or Ditilani pasta
• 1 # 10 can Cannellini Beans, canned, drained and rinsed
• 1 lb. Zucchini, diced
• 1 lb. Escarole or Spinach, rough chopped
• 2 cups Italian Parsley, chopped
• 1 lb. Parmesan Cheese, grated
