Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef or beef and pork blend
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup whole milk
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 large egg
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 2 cups mashed potatoes, homemade or prepared
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
• 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
• Cherry tomatoes, sliced for garnish
• Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish
• 12 to 16 silicone or metal muffin liners
