"White Chocolate" Bunny Tails - IQS Recipes
These are our version of white chocolate truffles but unlike the store-bought stuff, we use rice malt syrup to avoid the fructose hit.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup coconut butter.
- 1/4 cup cacao butter, melted.
- 1/4 cup coconut oil.
- 1/4 cup coconut milk.
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder.
- pinch sea salt.
- 1 cup shredded or desiccated coconut, for rolling.
