Ingredients

• FOR THE PASTA SALAD:
• 1 pound DeLallo Whole Wheat Fusilli
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 medium red onion, diced
• 1 (12-ounce) jar DeLallo Grilled Artichokes Hearts, drained & quartered
• 1 (5.3 ounce) jar DeLallo Pitted Calamata Olives, drained & halved
• 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt & ground black pepper
• FOR THE CREAMY ROASTED PEPPER DRESSING:
• 1 cup unsalted cashews
• 1 (12-ounce) jar DeLallo Roasted Red Peppers, drained & rinsed
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 teaspoons dried basil or oregano
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt & ground pepper
