Dave's Spinach Squares with Margot's Morsels
This is another customer's recipe for delicious spinach squares with the added crunch of Margot's Morsels crushed into bread crumbs and left whole as a garnish, for a little extra umph.
Ingredients
- 1.5 - 2.0 cups grated Parmigiano - Reggiano cheese
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme to taste - start with 1 tsp of each and go from there
- 3/4 - 1 cup melted butter (depends on how buttery you want it)
- Optional Feta cheese - any amount to suit your taste
