• 1/2 pound bacon, diced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 (16 oz) package lasagna noodles
• 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
• 3 T chopped fresh green onions
