• 250gm Everbest Ku Loh Meat
• 1/2 medium tomato,cut into cubes
• 1 red chili, cut square
• 1 small green bell pepper, cut into cubes
• 1/2 small cucumber cut into cubes
• 10 curry leafs
• Oils as needed
• 2 tablespoons of chili sauce
• 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
• 1/2 tablespoons of vegetarian oyster sauce
• 1/2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
• 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
• Pinch of salt
• A little tapioca flour for thickening
• Water as needed
