Unicorn cupcakes - Good Food Middle East

Ingredients

• 150g white caster sugar
• 2 eggs
• 100g butter, melted
• 150g self-raising flour
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 200g butter, softened
• 300g icing sugar
• 4 tsp milk
• few drops vanilla extract
• food colouring ( we used pink, green and blue)
• selection of sweets and sprinkles (we used hundreds and thousands, chocolate buttons, white chocolate stars, Smarties and coloured sugar).
