- 5 Tbsp (70g) butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/2 cup (100g) sugar
- 1 lemon, zested
- 3/4 cup yogurt or buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups (215g) Flourist Whole Grain Spelt Flour
- 1 1/2 cups (255g) blueberries, fresh or frozen (don't defrost)
