Ingredients: 60g unsalted butter, (at room temperature); 75g smooth peanut butter, good but commercial type; 55gr dark brown sugar, (the moist type); 3 tablespoons white granulated sugar, (45g); 2 large egg yolks, , (at room temperature); 1 tsp vanilla essence; ¼ tsp baking soda; 100g plain flour; 75g of roughly chopped dark chocolate, I used the @myvalrhona@chefmiddleeastofficial ); A pinch of fine sea salt, (if peanut butter has salt, omit); Sea salt flakes, (optional but makes the whole difference)
