- 1 courgette (approx 150g)
- 150g grated cheddar
- 2 eggs
- 200g natural yoghurt
- 75-100ml whole milk
- 80ml olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt & black pepper
- 225g self raising flour (or gf self raising flour)
- 100g polenta
- 2 tsp baking powder
- optional: pinch of paprika & seeds (sesame, black onion & pine nuts)
