Pasta with dried tomato pesto sauce
Dried tomatoes are one of the most popular ingredients in Italian cuisine. I used it to prepare pasta with pesto sauce.
Ingredients
- 280 g raw whole wheat or gluten-free pasta, as desired
- 85 g dried tomatoes
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped + for decoration
- 2-4 garlic cloves, mashed
- 10 g vegan parmesan + for decoration
