• 3 2 large Onions & 1 medium
• 1 ¾ tsp Garlic paste/grated

• 1 ½ tsp Whole cumin seeds (optional)
• 4 Bayleaves
• 4 sticks Cinnamon
• Salt to taste
• 6 tbsp Fresh coriander
• 5 tbsp Oil
• ⅓ tsp Tumeric powder
• ¾ tsp Chilli powder
• 1 ⅓ tsp Coriander powder
• 1 ⅓ tsp Cumin powder
• 1 ¾ tsp Hot/mild curry powder
