Easy Garlic prawn Recipe
Heat oil and butter in a frying pan, when the butter is melted add in the prawn. Cook the prawn until golden brown and remove into the plate.

- 500 gm Prawns (Peeled and deveined tail on)
- 4 cloves Garlic Chopped Finely
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper Marinade the prawns for 30min
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 ½ Oil
- 50 gm Unsalted Butter
- ¼ cup White Wine
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
