Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
- 3 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras spices
- 3 cups farfalle, cooked, drained and tempered
- 1 cup coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
- 5 slices of bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- 5 to 6 drops of Original hot sauce
- ¾ cup grated parmesan
- Caesar croutons to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
