Ingredients

• ¼ pineapple, peeled and finely diced
• ½ red bell pepper, seeded and finely diced
• 1 kiwi, peeled and finely diced
• 2 tsp (10 ml) sherry vinegar or rice vinegar
• A few drops green or red Tabasco sauce, to taste
• Salt and pepper
• 24 oysters, shucked
