• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 & 1/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 large eggs
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 tsp red gel food coloring
• 1 tsp royal blue gel food coloring
• Confectioners’ sugar, for dusting
• 3 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature (1 & 1/2 cups)
• Pinch of salt
• 3 cups marshmallow cream (2 jars)
• 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
