• 16 ounces Cheddar cheese sauce
• 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1 cup milk
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
• Salt to taste
