• 1/2 cup (125 ml) balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbsp. (30 ml) olive oil
• 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1 cup (250 ml) pancetta, cubed
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream
• 1 cup (250 ml) chicken broth
• 3 cups (750 ml) stale bread, cubed
• 1 tbsp. (15 ml) rosemary, chopped
• 1 cup (250 ml) roasted pecans, coarsely chopped
