- 1/2 pound Sweet Italian Sausage, Removed from Casing and Crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary Leaves, Finely Chopped
- 2 large Onions, Finely Chopped
- VS Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
- 3 cup Warm Water
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 1/2 cup Dried California Figs, Roughly Chopped
