• 1 cup toffee bits
• 3 sticks unsalted butter (softened)
• 9 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee
• 1/4 cup hot water
