• 100 g Ladyfingers
• 500 g Edible quark (20 %)
• 500 g Mascarpone
• 7-10 Tbsp (Italian cream cheese)
• 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 orange
• 4-5 Tbsp Sugar
• 2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa
• 7-10 Tbsp delte orange peel
