• 4 cups unflavored soy milk
• 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
• 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 package plus 3/4 tsp unflavored gelatin
• 1/4 tsp almond extract
• 1 ounce (1 square) semisweet chocolate, grated
• 1/4 cup dry-roasted salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
