Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 1/4 tbsp salt
• 1/2 tsp mustard
• 1 clove garlic, minced (raw)
• 1 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
• juice of 1/2 lemon (1 1/2 tbsp if using bottled juice)
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 1/2 cups salad oil
