Ingredients

• 1 cup (250ml) plain or Greek yoghurt
• 2 eggs
• ¾ cup (190ml) lightly flavoured olive oil
• ¾ cup (165g) CSR Dark Brown Sugar
• ½ cup (125ml) CSR Treacle
• 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
• 2 cups (300 grams) White Wings Plain Flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp ginger, ground
• 2 tsp mixed spice, ground
• 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
• Pinch of salt
