Ingredients

• 375 g Guzzi's Golden Pasta Fettuccine
• 1/4 stick celery, chopped
• 1/2 carrot, chopped
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 handful of chopped parsley
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 500 g minced meat
• 1/4 tsp rosemary leaves
• 1/2 cup red wine
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 litre of hot water
• 1 stock cube
• 250 mL milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
