Steak Pies recipe by Naeema Mia

Ingredients

• 1 tray pastry delights ready cut pie dough
• 1 egg beaten
• ½kg steak cubes
• 1 small onion finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon ground pepper
• 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon red masala
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon Paprika
• ½ teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
• 2 teaspoon vinegar
