• 500g steak - cubed small
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 onion
• 2 pieces taj
• 1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) seeds
• 1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
• ¼ teaspoon aradh
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1 tablespoon brown vinegar
• 2 tomatoes- liquidized
• ¼ cup crystals sauce
• Chopped dhania (coriander)
• 3 potatoes - peeled and diced
