• 1/4 cup (60 ml) Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Divided)
• 4 Tbsp (60 g) Unsalted Butter (Divided)
• 4 large cloves Garlic, finely minced
• 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Red Pepper Flakes (Chilli flakes)
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) Dry White Wine OR Low-Sodium Chicken Stock
• 1 large Lemon, zested (approx. 1 Tbsp)
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
• 1/4 cup (5 g) Fresh Parsley, roughly chopped
