Ingredients

• 4 strips bacon (cut into small pieces)
• 2 onions (chopped)
• 4 cloves garlic (minced)
• 8 links bratwurst
• 6 yellow potatoes (thinly sliced)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp ground dried sage
• 1 1/4 cups chicken stock
• 1 tsp fresh sage (chopped (optional))
