• 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
• ½ cup water
• 3 cups shredded cabbage coleslaw mix
• 1 cup purple cabbage (sliced thin)
• ½ cup shredded carrot
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
• ½ teaspoon celery seed
• 1 Tablespoon sugar
