• 1 Iceberg Lettuce
• 500g Minced Pork
• 1 Carrot, peeled and small dice
• 2 Spring Onions, finely sliced
• 1 small tin (220g) Water chestnut, small dice
• 1 stalk Celery, small dice
• 2 cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 inch Ginger, minced
• 1 Tbsp Wing Yip Superior Dark Soy Sauce
• 2 Tbsp Wing Yip Oyster Sauce
• 1 Tbsp Wing Yip Shao Hsing Wine or Dry Sherry
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
