• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup strawberry jam
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1 lbs strawberries, sliced
• 8 oz mascarpone cheese
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• dark chocolate
• whipped cream
