Strawberry and Mascarpone Dessert Pizza - Rombauer Vineyards

Ingredients

• 1 cup mascarpone cheese, softened
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Zest of ½ lemon
• 1 portion pizza dough (approx. 230–250g)
• 1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1 tbsp sugar, for macerating
• Handful of fresh basil, torn or julienned
• Aged balsamic vinegar (or balsamic glaze), for drizzling
• Olive oil, for brushing
• Cornmeal or flour, for dusting peel or board
