Ingredients

• 5 Tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 cup packed light brown sugar
• 3/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/2 tsp fine salt
• 2 cups chopped toasted pecans
• 1/2 Tbsp Stroff 160 Rum (alternative use any gold rum)
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Cognac
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 3 eggs, lightly beaten
