Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • ¼ cup shredded dried unsweetened coconut
  • 2 teaspoons coarse kosher or sea salt
  • Canola oil for deep-frying
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems
