Olive Oil Almond Cake with Lemon Glaze

Ingredients

• 1 cup, all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup, almond flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons, baking powder
• 1 teaspoon, sea salt
• 3 large, eggs – beaten
• 3/4 cup, granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup, il Fustino Arbequina EVOO
• 1 tablespoon, il Fustino Arbequina EVOO
• 1/2 teaspoon, vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon, almond extract
• 1 lemon – zested
• 1/2 cup, orange juice
• 2 Tablespoons, no transfat margarine
• 1 cup, confectioner’s sugar
• 3 tablespoons, milk
• 1/4 teaspoon, fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 cup, sliced almonds – toasted
