Recipe Trolley | Simple, tasty chipotle sausage and lentil stew

Ingredients

• 2 olive oil
• 400 g sausages
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 bay leaves
• 400 g can chopped tomatoes
• 1 tsp chipotle paste
• 160 g puy lentils
• 500 ml chicken stock
• 75 ml red wine
• 200 g tenderstem broccoli, to serve
• 100 g frozen peas
