- 2 sheets Pampas Puff Pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ¼ cup raspberry jam - see below for recipe
- 1 tbsp CSR Icing Sugar to serve
- 120g Nutella®
- 2 cups raspberries - 1 cup would be 125g of raspberries
- ½ cup CSR White Sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of salt - approx ⅓ of a teaspoon
