Ingredients

• 1 ¾ cups (220 g) all-purpose flour
• ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ⅓ cup (80 ml) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 large egg, at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¾ cup (180 ml) buttermilk (can substitute with milk + 1 tsp vinegar)
• 1 cup (150 g) fresh raspberries (can substitute with frozen)
