Raspberry And White Chocolate Muffins - Easy Muffin Recipes
Raspberry and white chocolate is the perfect combo and these muffins prove it. As well as good-quality organic white chocolate, we've also used Milkybars too.
Ingredients
- 250 g plain flour
- 150 g caster sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
- 150 mL full fat plain yoghurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 120 mL vegetable oil
- 150 g white chocolate, roughly chopped
- 150 g raspberries
- 2 x 25g milky way bars, finely chopped
- 75 g white chocolate, melted
