- 3/4 C ramps, roughly chopped
- 1/2 C fresh basil or parsley
- juice of one lemon
- 2 tsp fresh lemon zest
- 1/4 C toasted nuts of your choice
- 1/4 C fresh grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 3-4 T olive oil
