Ingredients
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ cup (60 ml) heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups (156 g) hand-crushed graham crackers (from 10 graham cracker sheets)
- ¼ cup (22 g) cocoa powder
- 2 (14-oz [396-g]) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter, softened, plus extra as needed
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar, for rolling
