Ingredients
- 25 g (1/4 cup) frozen cranberries
- 12 ml (1/2 oz) maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust flavour)
- 30 ml (1 oz) acerum, ideally amber (if not, white will do)
- 30 ml (1 oz) pink grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
- 60 ml (2 oz) sparkling maple wine
- 1 frozen cranberry, coated in maple sugar, to garnish
